Funding and commercial relationships
GamRight is independently funded and does not currently sell advertising inventory.
We do not accept gambling affiliate commission, paid operator placement, sponsored rankings, lead-generation fees or payment for favourable editorial coverage. Gambling operators do not pay to appear in our articles, directories or tools.
If GamRight introduces advertising, sponsorship or another commercial relationship in future, it will be disclosed before affected material is published.
Accountability
Editorial responsibility
GamRight currently has a single editor and uses the GamRight Editorial publication byline.
The editor is responsible for editorial decisions and approves material before publication. Gambling operators and commercial partners do not determine what GamRight publishes. Professional relationships and potential conflicts are considered when selecting and reviewing coverage.
AI and automation
How we use AI-assisted tools
GamRight uses AI-assisted tools in parts of its research, document analysis, drafting, editing and technical development. Automated systems may also identify regulatory material for editorial review.
AI output is not treated as evidence or a source. Material factual claims are checked against the underlying source material, and public editorial content requires human review and approval before publication.
AI tools do not decide GamRight's editorial position, legal conclusions or whether material is published.

Depending on the subject and jurisdiction, we prioritise:
- Legislation, regulations and regulator publications
- Government, NHS and official service-provider information
- Court, tribunal and ombudsman material where relevant
- Primary research and authoritative technical documentation
- Company records, operator terms and product information where the subject requires them
Corrections
Corrections and substantive updates
If you identify a factual error, provide the page URL, disputed text and supporting source through our contact page. GamRight assesses the evidence and corrects verified errors.
Where a correction materially changes a factual claim or conclusion, the change is noted on the article. Material corrections are dated and explained on the affected article. Routine copy edits, formatting changes and link maintenance do not normally require a correction note.
